Helping Hands Home Management is proudly owned and operated by Dee and Javon Hill. Unlike large, impersonal corporate franchises, we are deeply rooted in the Indianapolis community. We believe that care should never feel like a transaction; it should feel like family.
As servant leadership home care providers, we operate with an open door policy. We are hands-on owners who believe you should be able to speak directly to the people responsible for your loved one’s care—not just an anonymous call center.
Our leadership is driven by a simple, faith-based promise: to treat every client with the same profound respect and compassion we would want for our own parents.
Born from Personal Experience
Our journey began in 2022, inspired by a deeply personal challenge. The inspiration to found HHHM came directly from our own lives when both of our mothers required in-home services. In fact, they were our very first clients.
We experienced firsthand the stress, confusion, and emotional weight that families carry when seeking care. We realized that finding a provider who offered both skilled and non-medical home care while genuinely caring about the person was incredibly difficult.
That experience fueled our mission. We built Helping Hands Home Management to be the “One-Stop Shop” we wished we had—a place where clinical excellence meets a loving, family-owned touch.
